DoKURA is a unique organization within TWOMO (Territory Without Municipal Organization). We are the only organized voice for unincorporated residents in the Province of Ontario.

Our organization examines issues facing Northwestern Ontario’s Unincorporated Areas, with special attention to the DIstrict of Kenora, to present a shared voice on matters impacting our Province. Together we can have a voice!
